“I had reservations before starting that I wasn’t “good” enough, i.e. not flexible and not sporty enough to do yoga. I’d already participated in a few group sessions at my local gym, but that’s nothing compared to private lessons. What’s so great about Karen is that she really takes the time to talk about how you’re feeling mentally and physically and then adapts your session accordingly. She’s also really patient and has got a great way of explaining things. I don’t think I could have progressed that much with any other yoga teacher.
I have a better posture now and have learned to develop a feeling of what my body and mind need and how to fulfil those needs. After every session I feel more at peace with myself and more balanced.”
