You will learn the basics of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga – one of the most respected styles of yoga in the world. The practice includes a set sequence of postures synchronising breath and movement, designed to purify and tone the body while building core strength. This course is even suitable for those new to yoga because it offers an approach for which you don’t need any prior experience.
