PRIVATE YOGA

In your home, office, preferred space – in person or online. Tailor-made to specific needs for each body type, taking into consideration fitness level, stress level, personal health and goals.

CORPORATE YOGA

Yoga in the workplace. Classes are designed to bring movement to the body, create energy and bring the mind to a place of focus and awareness.

GROUP CLASSES

In two peaceful, elegantly designed studios in the heart of Luzern. A choice between weekly early bird/morning/weekend yoga (all levels welcome) & 6 week Beginners Yoga
